Quartz
System
The toughest system we offer.
The Quartz system blends aluminum oxide or natural quartz aggregate into the epoxy, producing a surface that is exceptionally hard, slip-resistant, and resistant to chemicals and thermal shock. It's the go-to choice for spaces that demand serious performance.

Why Quartz
Exceptional Durability
Quartz aggregate creates one of the hardest floor surfaces available — capable of handling forklifts, heavy machinery, and constant foot traffic without wearing down.
Superior Slip Resistance
The aggressive texture of quartz particles provides reliable traction even when floors are wet, oily, or contaminated — reducing slip-and-fall risk significantly.
Chemical Resistant
Stands up to harsh chemicals, solvents, oils, and industrial cleaning agents that would degrade standard coatings over time.
Thermal Stability
Unlike standard epoxy, the quartz system handles extreme temperature fluctuations and thermal shock without cracking, peeling, or delaminating.
Low Maintenance
The sealed, non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean — a simple mop or pressure wash keeps it looking fresh.
Long Lifespan
When properly installed and maintained, a quartz floor system can last 15–20+ years, making it one of the best long-term investments for high-use spaces.
